Set the project privacy to “Project” so only the people who are invited to the project can see it.
A manager could invite their whole team to plan, prepare for, and discuss the follow-ups resulting from team meetings.
Following on from each meeting, you’ll be able to schedule any required action points – each with their own tasks, files, chat, and more.
Then during or after the meeting you can highlight any text that needs to be an action and “convert” it into a “Task Text” which will create a task for each item like the example below. This is a great way to take meeting notes and then convert them into actions that can have due dates, allocated people etc.
